The New Mexico Workforce Connection Center in Roswell provides comprehensive workforce development services under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Services include job placement, occupational skills training, on-the-job training, career counseling, and support services for adults, dislocated workers, and youth. The center offers Individual Training Accounts (ITAs) that may cover the entire cost of training at qualified institutions. Youth services support individuals ages 16-24 who face barriers to employment with year-round work experience components.
