Sunrise Clinics operates our Family Practice Health Clinic in Santa Rosa, NM.
We provide medical services and mental health services to all members of our Community, regardless of their ability to pay for those services.
Sunrise Clinics treats the patient’s medical and mental health needs, and we are treating patients who are abusing alcohol and drugs. Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services are available Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for those experiencing challenges with opioid addiction. We’re closed from 12:00 – 1:00 for lunch.
