The Hózhó Youth Empowerment Program, operated by COPE in partnership with local schools and tribal organizations, offers free and sliding scale mentoring, empowerment, and behavioral health support for Native American youth. The program focuses on positive youth development, resilience, and leadership, with culturally tailored group and one-on-one mentoring. Services are available to all youth in McKinley County, with special outreach to underserved and rural communities.
