Serenity Mesa Youth Recovery Center

Serenity Mesa Recovery Center is a transitional living program in Albuquerque, NM, serving youth ages 14–20 who are experiencing substance use disorders, often alongside mental health challenges. Services include medical detox through our Crisis Triage Center, a 90+ day inpatient program with housing, individual and group therapy, life skills training, education support (high school/GED), job readiness, and medication management.

We also offer rental assistance for youth ages 17–24 experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Our approach goes beyond sobriety by helping young people build purpose, healthy relationships, and the skills needed for long-term independence through evidence-based care in a supportive sober-living environment.
