Must be Mother’s and/or Father’s or Caregivers first child by birth, adoption, or child placement. Enrollment period is anytime during pregnancy and until the child reaches 2 months of age.

Description and Additional Information
We serve families from the prenatal stage until their child is three years old. Our program is self-funded, meaning we do not accept or bill any type of insurance for our services.
Program Details:
- Virtual Visits: Visits are conducted weekly at a time that is convenient for the family, using platforms like Zoom, Facetime, What’s App, or other preferred methods. If a family lacks the necessary technology, we provide a phone free of charge to enable connection with their home visitor.
- Languages: We offer services in English, Spanish, Keres, and Dine’. Interpreters for other languages are provided at no cost to the family.
- Topics Covered: Our focus areas include:
- Prenatal Care: Prenatal care, perinatal depression, preparing for labor and delivery, and preparing for the baby.
- Postpartum & Early Childhood: Postpartum care and depression, bonding and attachment, nutrition, and child development.
- Case Management: We also provide free case management to help families connect with essential resources such as WIC, housing, employment, and childcare.
