Navi is a free, self-guided mental wellness app for New Mexico teens ages 13–18, available statewide thanks to the New Mexico Health Care Authority. Navi helps teens create action plans for every day challenges they face: from every day stressors to more serious concerns. Navi is not a crisis service but if risk is detected, crisis resources are suggested and Navi guides the user to create a safety plan. Access it via any device and any browser using app.meetnavi.com.
