Big Brothers Big Sisters Mountain Region provides free and sliding scale one-to-one mentoring for youth ages 6-18 in Taos County. Programs include community-based and school-based mentoring, with a focus on positive youth development, academic support, and building self-confidence. Carefully screened adult mentors are matched with youth for regular meetings and activities. The organization’s mission is to ignite the power and promise of youth through life-changing mentoring relationships.
