Big Brothers Big Sisters of New Mexico provides one-on-one and group mentoring for youth ages 6-18, including a High School Bigs program in Rio Arriba County where high school students mentor elementary-aged children. The organization offers community-based and site-based mentoring, focusing on building positive relationships, leadership skills, and youth empowerment. All mentors are screened and trained, and matches are monitored for safety and effectiveness. The mission is to ignite the power and promise of youth through supportive mentorship.
