A Child’s Hope Foundation (ACHF) is a non-profit organization that improves care for orphaned and vulnerable children.
Ways we assist families:
- Travel Assistance Cards
- End of Life Care
- Child’s Funeral Expenses
- Application form must be completed.
- Referral from a provider is required.
- Proof of out of town appointment required.
- Assistance is limited by available funds.
