ENMU Upward Bound is a federally funded program providing academic, college, and career mentoring for eligible high school students in Roosevelt County. Services include tutoring, college readiness workshops, leadership development, and mentoring by university staff and students. The program targets first-generation and low-income youth, helping them prepare for postsecondary education and future careers. All services are free to eligible participants.
