Employ Eastern NM provides year-round youth workforce development services at the Ruidoso Workforce Connection Center. Programs include paid and unpaid work experiences, job readiness training, career counseling, resume and interview support, and job placement. The center serves youth facing barriers to employment, including low-income, foster, homeless, and justice-involved youth. Services are free or sliding scale for eligible participants and are designed to help youth gain skills, explore careers, and secure employment. The mission is to connect youth to local job markets and provide pathways to self-sufficiency.
