Family Connects New Mexico provides free, in-home nurse visits for families with newborns in Cibola County. Services include health checks, parenting guidance, emotional support, and connections to local resources. All families are eligible regardless of income, language, or background. The program aims to improve maternal mental health, reduce ER visits, and strengthen family connections.
