First Born Program of Los Alamos provides free, relationship-based home visiting services to all families in Los Alamos County from pregnancy through age five. The program offers parent education, developmental screenings, lactation support, infant massage, car seat safety, CPR training, holistic sleep coaching, and connections to community resources. The mission is to empower and support parents and caregivers to foster healthy, safe, and thriving young children and families.
