HELP New Mexico’s Sierra County office provides comprehensive job training and workforce development services for youth and adults. Programs include job readiness and vocational training, job placement, career counseling, resume and interview assistance, digital literacy, and financial literacy training. Special focus is given to youth employment, adult career advancement, and support for individuals facing barriers to employment. Services are tailored to promote self-sufficiency and economic opportunity for low-income residents, with a mission to strengthen families and communities through education and employment.
