The Taos Lions Club works to serve the community by primarily providing medicinal practices in vision and blindness. The orgnization works closely with schools in the community by providing screenings for younger children in order to identify vision impairments at an early age. In addition they have many other initiatives such as Tio Vivo, Adult Vision, Scholarship, Elder Assistance, Flags on the Plaza, Helping Hands Pueblo Project, and our Community Charities effort provides financial assistance to other charitable organizations.
