This program provides housing assistance to low-income individuals (and their families) who

have a medical diagnosis of HIV/AIDS. • Tenant Based Rental Assistance: Helps low-income families with their

rental payments. • Short Term Rent, Mortgage and Utility assistance: Helps individuals and families who are at

risk of becoming homeless stay housed by providing rental, mortgage or utility payments and increasing access

to supportive services. • Permanent Housing Placement: Helps unhoused families move into permanent housing

by assisting with: » Application and credit check fees » One-time utility connection fees » Rental security

deposits » First and last months’ rent.
