Mora Independent Schools offers a series of in-school and after-school mentoring services aimed at supporting students academically, socially, and emotionally. Certified staff and vetted volunteers provide individualized mentoring, peer and group mentoring sessions, and mentorship for students with disabilities or those facing barriers to success. Programs include college and career pathway mentoring, leadership workshops, and positive behavior coaching. The initiative also serves youth at risk of academic failure, absenteeism, or social isolation, with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and advocacy for all learners.
