The De Baca County Public Health Office provides harm reduction services, substance use counseling, Narcan overdose prevention and dispensing, Suboxone/buprenorphine treatment for opioid use disorder, HIV and hepatitis counseling and testing, and community health outreach. Services are available to all residents, regardless of insurance or ability to pay, with Medicaid, Medicare, and sliding fee options. The office is committed to improving community health and reducing barriers to care.
