The New Mexico Behavioral Health Institute (NMBHI) Community Based Services program at the Moriarty Civic Center provides outpatient behavioral health care, psychiatric services, case management, and crisis intervention for adults and families. The program serves all residents of Torrance County, including those with serious mental illness and limited income. Medicaid, Medicare, and sliding fee scale are accepted.
