The New Mexico Workforce Connection Center at ENMU-Ruidoso is the primary workforce development hub for Lincoln County, offering a comprehensive range of job training and employment services for adults, youth, veterans, and dislocated workers. Services include job readiness, skills development, on-the-job training, apprenticeships, resume and interview support, career counseling, and job placement. The center partners with local employers and provides access to federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs, ensuring free or sliding scale support for eligible individuals. Specialized programs are available for youth, veterans, and those facing employment barriers. The center’s mission is to empower job seekers and strengthen the local workforce through high-quality, accessible training and support.
