New Mexico Youth ChalleNGe Academy provides at-risk youth with a residential, quasi-military program focused on education, leadership, character development, and life skills. Cadets earn GEDs and college credits, receive job skills training, and benefit from ongoing mentorship after graduation. The program serves diverse populations, including Native American, African-American, Latino/Hispanic, and rural youth, with a mission to empower youth to become successful adults through discipline and mentoring.
