The WIN Mobile Training Unit delivers skilled trades and job readiness training directly to remote, rural, and tribal areas of Rio Arriba County. Programs include apprenticeship readiness, state test preparation, and hands-on skills development in partnership with local unions, colleges, and workforce organizations. The mobile unit is designed to remove barriers to access and create pathways out of poverty into skilled careers.
