Parents Reaching Out is New Mexico’s Parent Training and Information Center, providing free and sliding scale support, advocacy, education, and resources for families of children with disabilities or complex medical needs. Services include parent mentoring, support groups, special education guidance, and healthcare navigation. The organization serves all of Torrance County through direct services and family liaisons.
