Region 9 Education Cooperative Home Visiting Program offers free, voluntary home visits to families who are pregnant or have children under five, supporting early childhood development, health, and confident parenting. Services include developmental screenings, parent education, and mobile playgroups in outlying areas. The program uses the Parents as Teachers curriculum and provides connections to local resources, safe sleep cradles for infants, and free books at each visit. No eligibility restrictions; all Lincoln County families with young children are welcome.
