The Region 9 Home Visiting Program offers free, voluntary home visits to pregnant residents and families with children up to age five in Lincoln County. Home visitors support child development, confident parenting, and school readiness through developmental screening, education advocacy, and connecting families to community resources. The program is designed to strengthen family relationships and promote healthy early childhood development.
