RACECC is a coalition of local organizations and community members dedicated to ensuring all children prenatal to age 5 and their families in Rio Arriba County have equitable access to high-quality early care and education, trauma prevention, and family support. The collaborative meets monthly, offers educational programming, connects families to resources, and advocates for systemic improvements in early childhood services. RACECC North specifically serves underserved northern areas including Dulce and Tierra Amarilla.
