The Community Van provides free, reliable, and wheelchair-accessible transportation for adult patients (18+) of San Juan Regional Medical Center and San Juan Health Partners clinics within a 20-mile radius, including Kirtland, Bloomfield, and Aztec. The service is door-to-door, with drivers trained in defensive driving and Basic Life Support. Caregivers may accompany patients. The van does not transport to dental appointments or for prescription pickups. Reservations are required and rides are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
