Sandoval County Permanent Supportive Housing Program provides ongoing HUD-funded rental assistance and optional case management for chronically homeless individuals and families with disabling conditions. Services include rental assistance based on income, housing inspections, advocacy, access to mainstream benefits, utility and emergency assistance, and support for school-aged children. The program’s mission is to help participants achieve self-sufficiency and community engagement.
