As a benefit to our community, the Community Van provides convenient and reliable transportation to adult patients ages 18 and up, free of charge. We are not able to transport children.
At this time, the van will be scheduling rides for San Juan Regional Medical Center and San Juan Health Partners patients. All transports must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance by calling 505.609.2240. Pickup times are Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
Reservations for the van are scheduled on a first come first served basis by calling 505.609.2240. Please schedule a ride at least 24 hours before an appointment, though availability is not always guaranteed. Appointments are accepted in advance.
