Description and Additional Information

We serve adults, children, adolescents, and families. The children we serve are between ages 5 and 21 with or at-risk of behavioral health disorders (SED/NBD/COD) in all the locations and surrounding communities we serve. We also serve adults with or at-risk of severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) and co-occurring disorders (COD) in all our service areas except Santa Fe County. We specialize in providing services in home, school, and community-based settings while collaborating with multiple agencies and systems, including, but not limited to; health care facilities, social services agencies, government entities like Children Youth and Families Department and Adult Protective Services Division, school districts, aftercare programs like the YMCA, child-serving agencies, and faith-based organizations. Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
