The Club of Sierra County provides local youth with service learning, on-the-job training, internships, and career exploration opportunities. Programs are designed to help teens develop job readiness skills, gain work experience, and explore career pathways in a supportive environment. The Club focuses on serving youth ages 12 to 18, offering after-school and summer programming that includes mentorship, skills development, and community engagement.
