YDI’s C.H.A.N.C.E.S. program serves teens and young adults in Valencia County, providing free job readiness training, GED preparation, life skills, career counseling, and job search assistance. The program focuses on equipping youth with the skills and support needed for employment and career advancement, including individualized coaching and career exploration. Services are free and designed for youth ages 16-24, with a focus on underserved and at-risk populations.
