Description and Additional Information

The Curry County Substance Use & Behavioral Health Program offers free prevention and early intervention services for youth and young adults ages 11-24. The program provides evidence-based education, support groups, and outreach focused on substance use prevention, mental health awareness, and healthy decision-making. Special programs include the Safety First curriculum for middle and high school students, and community coalition activities to address behavioral health needs in underserved and rural areas of Curry County. Services are provided directly at the Curry County Grants Office and through outreach in partnership with local schools and organizations.
