The Torrance County Project Office Home Visiting Program provides free and sliding scale in-home visits for families with children prenatal to age 3. Services focus on strengthening the parent-child relationship, supporting optimal development, and connecting families to community resources. The program serves all families, including those at risk for substance abuse, and covers underserved areas from Stanley to Mountainair, Chilili to Punta de Agua, and Edgewood to Willard. No first-time parent requirement.
